1. WHOLE PULP, RAW Defrost the octopus in the refrigerator overnight and cook for about 1.5 hours. Then share and enjoy as you wish. Alternatively, fry in the pan. 2. PRECOOKED OCTOPUS ARMS The arms of the pulpo are pre-cooked and should be thawed first. For maximum enjoyment, enjoy the arms marinated or fry them on the grill or in a pan. 3. DRINK ACCOMPANIMENT A well-chilled dry white wine is suitable as an accompaniment to the drink. *Please consume raw immediately after the octopus has thawed.
