Product description

This lobster lives in the waters stretching from the US East Coast to Canada. If you are looking for a difference between Canadian, also known as Atlantic, lobster and European lobster, you will find it below the forehead horn. There is a thorn on the Canadian lobster. In this version, the lobster is halved in its shell. The raw meat of the claw was placed in the previously cleaned head area.
