Each piece is carefully matured to ensure a grainy texture and outstanding taste. Our grazing oxen come from the Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills, where they are allowed to live a long, species-appropriate life. They grow in the region, have enough space and feed exclusively on natural food. This loving attitude and natural nutrition are reflected in the quality and taste of our entrecote.
