Happy Foie Gras made from the liver of certified organic, unstuffed German ducks is a highlight. The creamy, melt-in-your-mouth consistency of this duck foie gras gives you extraordinary enjoyment with a clear conscience. The ducks, whose livers are processed in a special process using only healthy ingredients, lived healthy and happy, no factory farming and no stuffing! In addition, no flavor enhancers are used. The Happy Foie Gras tastes at least as good and is healthier compared to an ethically questionable, conventional Bloc Foie Gras. You can process and enjoy the Happy Foie Gras in the same way as any conventional Bloc Foie Gras (pate). Happy Foie Gras is even healthy. Liver is one of the best sources of the mineral copper. Copper is very important for mitochondrial energy production and iron metabolism. Without copper there is no energy and no oxygen transport.

Origin

Through a specially developed process, Happy Foie has managed to create a taste-equivalent and ethically safe alternative to traditional goose liver pate. When producing Happy Foie, high-quality fats are added to the livers of healthy animals from controlled organic farming and processed gently. This all happens in Germany.
