The ducks have led a happy life in free-range farming - completely free from factory farming and force-feeding.


Liver is also an excellent source of copper - an important mineral that is essential for energy production in the cells and iron metabolism. Without copper, there is no energy and no effective oxygen transport.

Through a specially developed process, Happy Foie has managed to create a taste-equivalent and ethically safe alternative to traditional goose liver pate. When producing Happy Foie, high-quality fats are added to the livers of healthy animals from controlled organic farming and processed gently. This all happens in Germany.
