Ingredients: Faroe salmon side (1.1 kg, 1.2 kg, 1.3 kg, 1.4 kg, 1.5 kg or 1.6 kg) + Francis Orban Brut Rosé Champagne (750 ml)

Allergens: Fish, Champagne contains sulfites

Alcohol content of the champagne: 12% vol.

Defrosting instructions:

The optimal defrosting method - for those who plan ahead: You can gently defrost this product in the refrigerator within 12 hours.
The quick version – for those who decide at the last minute: If you're in a hurry, this product can be thawed in a water bath within 1 hour. The water should be cold to lukewarm.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store the salmon side in the freezer at a minimum of -18 °C. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 3 months after delivery. You can find the exact best-before date on the product label.

Ideally, store the champagne in a cool, dark place at 10-12 °C.

Faroe Islands salmon side: The salmon (Salmo salar) comes from responsible aquaculture in the cold, clear fjords of the Faroe Islands. The fish are raised under controlled conditions, prioritizing quality, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability. The entire value chain – from fish farming to processing – is managed within the company. This ensures that every step remains transparent and traceable, while simultaneously guaranteeing the highest quality standards. The production process is also certified according to the internationally recognized GlobalG.AP standard.

Francis Orban Brut Rosé Champagne: This rosé is a characterful grower champagne from the family-run Francis Orban estate in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. The winery's roots date back to 1929, when Léopold Orban installed his first wine press in the village of Leuvrigny. This laid the foundation for the family winery, now in its fourth generation. The estate's vineyards cover approximately 7.5 hectares, comprising 29 parcels around Leuvrigny. The predominantly south- to southeast-facing slopes offer excellent conditions for Pinot Meunier, which grows on over 90% of the land and significantly influences the style of the champagnes. Calcareous soils with sand and clay components ensure an elegant combination of freshness, structure, and fine minerality. In the vineyard, the Orban family is committed to a natural and sustainable approach. The avoidance of insecticides, cover cropping in the vineyard rows, and targeted soil cultivation promote a stable ecosystem and support the natural balance in the vineyard. In the cellar, reserve wines are also used to ensure depth, harmony, and consistency in the style of the Champagnes. The Brut Rosé impressively reflects this philosophy: through traditional bottle fermentation, careful aging, and a precise cuvée composition, an expressive Champagne with vibrant fruit, a fine structure, and the typical signature of the Vallée de la Marne is created.
