Product description

Discover the world of easy peel shrimp

This tasting pack is perfect for exploring the diversity of shrimp from different regions of the world. Ideal for everyone who loves shrimp and just wants to try it out. By the way, easy peel means that the shrimp have an incision in the shell and you can peel them easily

If you're short on time but don't want to miss out on high-quality taste, our easy peel shrimp are the perfect choice. With the incision on the back, it's up to you whether you want to prepare the shrimp with or without the shell. The advantage of the shell is that the shrimp gives off some flavor to the other ingredients and that the meat when roasting is protected by the peel and therefore remains juicier . However, if you want to use the shrimp in stews or soups, you can easily remove the shell thanks to the incision.

Sustainable origin, freshness and quality: an overview of our shrimp

Our Bavarian shrimps (110 g in Small and Large tasting package) are bred in modern aquaculture in Munich. Thanks to our closed circulation system with integrated water treatment, medications, hormones and artificial interventions are not an issue for us.

Patagonia is home to our sustainably caught Argentine red shrimp (180 g in small tasting package; 2x 180 g in large tasting package), which live in the freezing waters off Patagonia, influenced by Antarctic polar currents.

Our organic Black Tiger king prawns (Size M - 160 g in small tasting package; size XXL - 400 g in large tasting package) thrive in southern Vietnam, where the highest organic quality and social responsibility go hand in hand. No additives in rearing, fair remuneration for the local population.
