Our Wild Coho Salmon comes from the cool and rugged waters of the Gulf of Alaska. It is fished there by hand and immediately flash frozen. Its incomparably mild, elegant taste and delicate bite make Wild Coho Salmon a real delicacy. It also impresses with its firm red meat and is rich in important nutrients such as vitamin D, B6, B12 and polyunsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids.

By the way: the sashimi quality of the Coho wild salmon fillet makes it ideal for curing.
