180 g Arctic shrimps -
50 g mayonnaise e.g. with wasabi - 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1-2 romaine lettuces
- 1/2 lemon

a bit of salt - some pepper
- some paprika powder
- some dill
The unmistakable taste of the Arctic shrimp impresses in an exotic mixture with avocado and lettuce. A quick and sophisticated appetizer with light enjoyment and lots of vitamins.
Zubereitung
- Thaw the Arctic shrimps in a sieve.
- Halve the avocados lengthwise and remove the seeds. Peel, cut crosswise into strips, then dice and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Chop the dill and stir in.
- Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the thawed Arctic shrimps with the salad. Place the shrimp salad on a plate and add the sauce.
Whether in the office for lunch or at home in the evening. A delicious low-carb dish with healthy fats.
