  • A handful of fresh market lettuce leaves
  • About 6 radishes

  • Vegan butter or olive oil for toasting the buns
  • Some salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash the lettuce leaves and drain well.
  2. Cut the brioche buns lengthways. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt some vegan butter or a dash of olive oil in it.
  3. Place the sliced ​​brioche buns cut side down in the pan and toast until golden brown.
  4. Distribute the market lettuce leaves evenly over the bottom half of the toasted brioche buns. Top with the cucumber slices and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the vegan tuna spread with corn "Pimp my Sandwich" generously on the cucumber slices.
  6. Place the radish slices evenly over the spread.
  7. Finally, garnish with fresh cress. Place the top half of the toasted brioche buns on top.
