Wintery delight with the apple-cinnamon sorbet


Our apple-cinnamon sorbet combines the fruity taste of sun-ripened apples with the delicate spice of cinnamon—a duo that perfectly blends warmth and freshness. At the yammi Bio-Eis factory on Lake Constance, it is made with love, experience, and craftsmanship. As with all yammi sorbets, only natural ingredients are used to preserve the authentic taste of the fruit – without any artificial flavors or additives. The result is a sorbet that tastes of nature, quality, and genuine enjoyment.


The sorbet is ready to serve and can be portioned directly from the freezer. For the ideal consistency, simply allow to thaw at room temperature for 5–10 minutes – then it becomes wonderfully creamy. It goes wonderfully with warm apple strudel or baked apples, harmonizes perfectly with roasted almonds or caramelized nuts, and is also perfect as an intermediate course in winter menus or as a fresh contrast to warm desserts.
