The langoustine comes from traditional coastal fishing in the icy and cold glacial waters of Norway. Our cold water beauties are fished from small boats at a depth of over 300 meters and brave the currents of the ice-cold fjords every day.

The langoustine reaches you as a whole with head, claws and tail. The animals measure a premium size of up to 30 cm . To protect the product, the animals are covered with a 20% protective ice glaze.

Origin

The Latin technical term for langoustines is Nephrops norvegicus. It is caught with traps in the northeast Atlantic (FAO 27 - North Sea).
