Product description

Langoustine delight from the Atlantic

The langoustine comes from the cold waters of the North Atlantic, where it is caught in traditional coastal fisheries. In order to protect the populations and allow us to enjoy them sustainably, the langoustines are fished in small numbers between January and April. The meat of the langoustine is characterized by a sweet and nutty taste.
