Fresh mushrooms, at least 5 % summer truffles, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt are in this rich paste. It is an all-rounder and gives many dishes a pleasant truffle aroma. It seasones meat, poultry or fish dishes and flavors sauces. Elongated with olive oil or mixed with a little cream, it tastes great with egg noodles. The tartufata can also be used as an elegant crostino spread with spring onions, black pepper and a drop of lime oil.
