Nutrition of the future: eating from water
How do we eat sustainably? Which resources can we use in an environmentally friendly and, if possible, regional way? This episode of the documentary series "Good to know | Nutrition of the Future" from Bayerischer Rundfunk deals with the question of how eight billion people can be supplied with plants and fish proteins that are produced as sustainably as possible in the future. In addition to innovative concepts such as aquaponics (plant and fish farming) or algae farming, our regionally bred Bavarian shrimp from our RAS-Tech shrimp farm will also be presented.
