French bouillabaisse made easy


Our bouillabaisse, which among other things is made from the carcasses of the Bavarian shrimp, provides the perfect basis for this French classic. To make the preparation and cooking of the organic Black Tiger prawns as easy as possible, they arrive with their backs already cut and their heads removed. This makes peeling the animals particularly easy. They share their tender texture and delicate taste with our cod fillet and its characteristic taste goes perfectly with the soup.


The shellfish mix ensures the greatest possible variety in your soup bowl. It combines two of the most popular seafood types: mussels and carpet clams. The shellfish mix also contributes to the easy preparation of bouillabaisse, as the mussels and clams are already cleaned and pre-cooked. As a classic topping spiced mayonnaise with saffron perfectly rounds off your bouillabaisse.

Defrosting Instructions

  • The optimal defrosting - for those who plan ahead: You can gently defrost this product in the refrigerator within 12 hours.
  • The quick version - for those who decide at short notice: If you are in a hurry, it is possible to defrost this product in a water bath within 1 hour. The water should be cold to lukewarm.

Origin

Our bouillabaisse is prepared with the utmost dedication and care in Germany. We only use fresh, high-quality ingredients and do not use any flavor enhancers or artificial flavors. A gentle process produces a highly aromatic soup that gives your dishes the perfect taste.
The organic Black Tiger prawns thrive without any need for feed or harmful chemicals in an aquaculture facility in Vietnam. The mangrove forests fully cover their nutrient requirements and any small emissions are offset by a certified reforestation project.
Our cod fillet is caught with hooks and longlines in the Northeast Atlantic (FAO 27 II).
The mussels in the shellfish mix come from sustainable aquaculture in Spain, while the venus clams are caught in Galicia in the northwest of Spain.
