Product description

The wild-caught squid come from the nutrient-rich and cold waters of Patagonia. They are already cleaned and prepared for you to cook. Simply delicious and prepared in just a few minutes. Due to their smaller size, Patagonian calamari are ideal for frying and deep-frying or for sauces and stews. When frying, make sure you only cook the calamari briefly for 1 to 2 minutes on each side so that they remain nice and tender. To protect the calamari, they are covered with a 20 % protective layer of ice.
