Our founder, Dr. Fabian Riedel, is fascinated by the "White Tiger" shrimp and developed a closed aquaculture farm under the name Crusta Nova, now HONEST CATCH. There our Bavarian shrimp is bred sustainably, species-appropriately and without antibiotics or chemicals. Our aquaculture ensures optimal conditions for the prawns and enables an exceptional taste experience.
