2 organic salmon fillets - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, finely grated

80 ml extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Perfect on a salad, with vegetables or in a bun - delicious salmon fillet with honey mustard marinade. Just a handful of ingredients and 1 hour of marinating time and the delicious grilled dish is ready.
Preparation
- Thaw the salmon fillets
- Mix the salmon fillets with the ingredients and let them marinate in a sealable bag in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Then grill for about 4 minutes on each side or fry in a pan.
IMPORTANT: Remove the marinade completely from the salmon fillet before grilling or roasting, otherwise the mustard will burn and leave behind unpleasant roasted aromas. | TIP: The natural process of honey is to solidify in the jar. You can liquify it again in a slightly warm water bath at max. 26 °C.
