Ora King salmon fillet 240 g -
60 ml soy sauce - 1 juice of a lime
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 small cucumber
- 2-3 green onions
- 1 small red onion
- Some sesame seeds for garnish
- coriander greens
- Capers as desired
Refreshingly light & summery. This recipe is one of our favorite lunch recipes. Without much effort or washing up, you can conjure up a healthy meal in under half an hour.
Preparation
- Defrost, skin and clean the Ora King salmon fillet. Then cut into 3-4 mm thin slices
- Mix the soy sauce and lime juice with a pinch of sugar and set aside.
- Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Then cut the red onion and the green spring onion into thin slices.
- Pour the marinade made from soy sauce and juice onto the plate and distribute the salmon slices on top. Serve with the cucumber slices, onions and spring onions
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and capers and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
