The Bavarian shrimps learn to swim near Munich. Bred in a state-of-the-art aquaculture facility, we use RAS technology that allows us to recycle the water. You can already tell that the points of sustainability, regionality and short transport routes make our hearts beat faster.

As the name suggests, this variant of the Bavarian shrimp is easy to peel. We have already started work. Immediately after being caught, the head of the Bavarian shrimp is loosened, the intestines are carefully removed and the shell is separated at the bottom. The “easy peel” Bavarian shrimp is ready.

110 g of Bavarian shrimp tails are then shock-frozen and skin-packed in a flat dish to ensure perfect quality preservation. A bowl with approx. 110 g raw Bavarian shrimps "easy peel" is the ideal shrimp delight for two people.

Depending on how you want to prepare the Bavarian shrimp, you can also handle the shell. For dishes in which the shrimp is served raw, carefully remove the shrimp from its shell. If the shrimp are put in a sauce or in the pan, we recommend leaving the shell on the shrimp for the time being. This is how it gives off its intense flavor to the other ingredients. If you want to grill or fry the shrimp, please only briefly at a low temperature.

We rely on the best feed and a low stocking density . The Bavarian shrimp from the farm directly to your plate. Finally, some expert banter: To be precise, our brine shrimp are decapods. Its Latin name is Litopenaeus vannamei . You may have heard of the term white tiger shrimp or white leg shrimp. These names also refer to our Bavarian shrimp.
