We use state-of-the-art RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) technology, which uses a closed-loop system to purify salt water and re-oxygenate it. Recycled water management significantly reduces your water requirements. Our shrimp receive first-class food and sufficient space to develop optimally.
As urban fishermen and women, it is our declared aim to operate in a resource-conserving and sustainable manner. We attach great importance to short transportation routes and regionality in order to breed high-quality and healthy shrimp.

In addition, frozen shrimp offer a variety of benefits, including longer shelf life, easier storage and convenient preparation. The frozen shrimps are individually removable detachable and therefore perfectly portionable.
Do you want to grill or fry the shrimp? Then please only do so briefly at a low temperature. A great recipe for this is the garlic and chili shrimp pan. The shrimp are fried in the pan for a maximum of 30 seconds and then seasoned with sea salt - simple and delicious!

In the south of Germany, to be precise, in Langenpreising near Munich, we breed our Bavarian shrimp in sustainable aquaculture.
With an innovative RAS technology, we make land-based farming of shrimp possible. A truly enjoyable alternative without compromise! You don't have to worry about overfished seas, the addition of medications, hormones or other artificial interventions. We don't need any of this because of our closed circulation system with integrated water treatment . On the contrary, as urban fishermen, we are consciously committed to regionality, short transport routes and sustainability. Our Bavarian shrimps are raised regardless of the season or weather. We rely on the best feed and a low stocking density. The Bavarian shrimp from the farm directly to your plate.
Finally, some expert banter: To be precise, our brine shrimp are decapods. Its Latin name is Litopenaeus vannamei. You may have heard of the term white tiger shrimp or white leg shrimp. These names also refer to our Bavarian shrimp.

Sehr gut
Die Garnelen mit Schale haben sehr gut geschmeckt und hatten auch eine passende Größe. Direkt beim Essen die Schale zu entfernen empfand ich etwas schwerer als wie gewohnt, hat aber nicht gestört. Die Garnelen sind auch relativ groß, was ja perfekt ist.
Ich habe die Gamberini gegrillt. Einfach lecker!

Ich kenne sie bisher nur frisch und muss sagen, dass ich keinen Unterschied bemerkt habe. Langsam über Nacht im Kühlschrank aufgetaut.

Sehr lecker bei uns im Fondue.
Köstlich, allerdings sehr schwer zu schälen, da die Schale/Panzer sehr dünn war.
Die haben wieder sehr gut geschmeckt. Waren diesmal etwas kleiner und gingen schwerer aus der Schale. Gerne wieder.
