The clam lives in the sandy waters of Brittany's Atlantic coast. Because of its elongated, elliptical shell, which is reminiscent of a heart shape, the mussel is also called the heart of the sea. Also known as clam or vongole, our cockle (lat. Cerastoderma edule) is one of the largest families of mussels and is considered to be particularly tasty. The clear waters of the stony Atlantic coast are the optimal breeding ground for our cockles. This is what makes our cockle so special: we offer shock-frozen pure cockle meat, which is simply heated in a pan and quickly refines any dish.

The clam, Latin Cerastoderma edule , lives in the sandy waters of the Brittany Atlantic coast. The clear waters of the stony Atlantic coast are the optimal breeding ground for our cockles. It is caught by hand in the Northeast Atlantic (FAO 27).
