Our organic black tiger king prawn are raised in an exemplary, certified organic aquaculture in southern Vietnam. Low stocking density and a strict ban on antibiotics or any other chemical additives were decisive factors in the selection of this farm. Protecting the mangroves as a vital natural resource and ensuring fair wages for the local population were also key priorities for us. The prawns feed exclusively on natural food sources, without any added feed. To protect each frozen prawn, they are coated with a 20% protective ice glaze.
To make your catch easy to enjoy, we’ve already started peeling it for you. The easy peel shrimp is deveined, headless, and comes with a back cut in the shell. This way, you can either leave the shell on for cooking or remove it in one quick motion.

Our organic Black Tiger shrimp, with the Latin name Penaeus monodon, thrive in sustainable aquaculture in southern Vietnam.<
The Black Tiger Shrimp grow without the use of any feed or harmful chemicals. All their nutrient needs are covered exclusively by the mangrove forests. Any small emissions are offset by a certified reforestation project. This fully regenerative and natural farming method makes Organic Black Tiger Shrimp an extremely environmentally friendly choice.
The shrimps have enough space to grow in peace. Only when they have reached the required size are the king prawns carefully caught by hand using nets. The farmers are attentive guardians of the mangrove forests who care equally about the well-being of the animals and the protection of the environment. As a reward for their efforts, they receive appropriate compensation.
Maintaining healthy mangrove forests plays a crucial role in our low ecological footprint and the outstanding quality of our organic black tiger shrimp. Our program directly compensates farmers for maintaining mangrove forests in their natural state.
