Our GOOD GROUPER is the result of sustainable fish farming in our Oceanloop farm in Kiel, which protects our oceans. In contrast to wild catches, which are often overfished, we breed our fish carefully and responsibly. By raising our young fish ourselves, we relieve the pressure on natural stocks, help to preserve biodiversity and avoid long transport routes. Thanks to a closed circulation system and the avoidance of antibiotics and pharmaceuticals, we guarantee the highest quality and purity, which you can taste in every bite.
Our facility is extremely energy and water efficient and allows for flexible production that always guarantees fresh, high-quality grouper without interfering with the natural habitat of the wild fish. Thanks to our innovative technologies, we can reduce environmental impact to a minimum while offering unparalleled quality.

The GOOD GROUPER is characterized by its extremely high quality. The meat is characteristically tender and white with few bones and has a mild, sweet taste. The grouper fillet is versatile and is ideal for eating raw. However, the grouper also develops an exquisite taste when grilled or fried, but in Asia the fish is often steamed. The GOOD GROUPER also tastes excellent steamed with vegetables and a delicate sauce.

We breed our groupers (lat. Epinephelus lanceolatus) in a sustainable aquaculture facility in Kiel.
