The Loup de mer, a member of the sea bass family, enjoys great international popularity due to its mild and lean meat, alongside sea bream. In different countries it is known by different names, including Branzino (Italian), Sea bass (English), Lubina (Spanish) and Sea bass (German).

Our Loup de mer grows in an aquaculture off the Croatian island of Cres, surrounded by strong, clear ocean currents. The breeding takes place without the use of antibiotics, genetic engineering, PAP (Processed Animal Protein) or other medications.
