100% Coratina olives and juicy lemons are used to produce the extra virgin olive oil produced by the Muraglia family in Puglia. The strong citrus flavors of Italian olive oil pair well with fish, poultry and fresh salads. It is strong and full of character. For the lemon-flavored seasoning oil, the selected ingredient is the lemon IGP Rocca Imperiale.
