The plaice is carefully prepared without the head and gutted, so that it arrives at your home ready to cook and making it particularly easy to prepare. Its tender, white meat has a delicate, slightly sweet taste and remains wonderfully juicy when fried on the skin, while the skin develops a crispy texture.

Our plaice, with the Latin term Pleuronectes platessa, was caught MSC controlled in the North-East Atlantic (FAO 27 IV a/b) with otter twin trawls.
