This Chardonnay is juicy, round and balanced. The nose and palate show the typical Mallorcan almond blossom and fruit notes of banana, pear, apple and citrus fruit with fine spice - all of which are particularly effective without the influence of wood. The subtle acidity is very pleasant and contributes to the soft mouthfeel but also to the drinking flow.
