Excellent. I added a bit of yuzu juice squeezed from a fresh yuzu fruit, but that was not even necessary because the taste of botanebi (Gambero Rosso) is delicious anyway.

Tja, Gambero Rosse, so delikat im Geschmack... Wow! Einfach mit Spagetti und etwas guten andalusischen Olivenöl....Alba Trufel zusammen mischen ( die Gambero Rosso bitte roh) und genießen!

Lieber Michael, vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung und Dein Feedback. Tatsächlich ist das Garnelen Tatar rein aus Garnelen-Fleisch der Gambero Rosso hergestellt und ungewürzt. Für die finale Zubereitung empfehlen wir z.B. folgende Zubereitungsvorschläge: (1.) Klassisch mit Avocado: Mische das Garnelen Tatar Gambero Rosso mit gewürfelter Avocado, frischem Koriander und Limettensaft. Serviere es auf knusprigen Baguettescheiben oder als Dip für Tortillachips. (2.) Zitronige Frische: Vermenge das Garnelen Tatar mit fein gehackter roter Zwiebel, frischer Petersilie und einem Hauch von Zitronensaft. Serviere es auf einem Bett aus knackigem Rucola. (3.) Mediterrane Delikatesse: Kombiniere das Tatar mit gewürfelten Tomaten, schwarzen Oliven, Kapern und einer Prise Oregano. Genieße es auf frisch geröstetem Ciabatta. (4.) Garnelen-Tatar-Salat: Verteile das Garnelen Tatar auf einem Bett aus gemischten grünen Salatblättern, füge geröstete Pinienkerne und frische Orangenschnitze hinzu. Kröne es mit einem leichten Balsamico-Dressing. Versuchs gerne beim nächsten Mal mit einem der Vorschläge. Dein HONEST CATCH Team
