Storage & Shelf Life :

A precious treasure deserves the best care. This product will be delivered fresh to you. Until you need the caviar, store it unopened in your refrigerator at -2°C to +3°C. We guarantee a best before date of at least 2 weeks after delivery. You can find the exact best-before date on the product label.

A well-sealed container in the cool back of the fridge is the perfect storage location. Keep this treasure away from intensely scented foods and enjoy it before the best before date. After opening, you can enjoy it fresh within one or two days.

erstes Mal diese Art von Kaviar gekostet, war sehr fein! Einziger Punkt: wäre noch gut zu wissen, wie man ihn optimal auftaut und wie lange man ihn dann aufgetaut im Kühlschrank aufbewahren kann.

Kaviar hervorragend. Die Blinis haben ein zu kurzes MHD. Während der Kaviar bis Heritage bis 26.11. hielt, der Modern bis 7.11.23 liefen die Blinis schon am 28.9. ab.
