10 g umai caviar Heritage - 6 quail eggs
- 1 tsp medium hot mustard
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- Some dill to garnish
- Salt to taste
Our festive stuffed quail eggs with umai caviar "Heritage" are a true masterpiece for seafoodies. The tender quail eggs, lovingly cooked and artfully filled with a tantalising mixture, are topped with 10 g of exquisite Heritage umai caviar for an unforgettable taste experience. The preparation is as simple as it is sophisticated.
Zubereitung
- Carefully cook the quail eggs in a pan of boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until they are hard-boiled. Then rinse the eggs and leave to cool
- Once the eggs have cooled, carefully crack the shells and remove the yolks. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and mix with the mustard, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Flavour the mixture with salt
- Pour the prepared egg yolk mixture evenly into the hollowed-out quail egg halves
- Place a small amount of caviar on each of the filled quail eggs. Arrange the stuffed quail eggs on a plate and garnish with fresh dill.
To obtain enough egg yolk to prepare the mixture, two additional hen's egg yolks can be added. If you find removing the quail egg yolks too time-consuming, you can leave the yolks of the quail eggs in the egg and simply add a chicken egg mixture on top.
