Yuasa Tamari is a special Koikuchi type. The soy sauce is cooked and reduced slowly and carefully according to a traditional recipe on an open pine wood fire and then matures for a year in 150-year-old cedar wood barrels. The soy sauce has a dense consistency, complex caramel and vanilla aroma with an intense umami taste.
