The AlmOxx pasture ox Entrecote - also known as Rib Eye - is a treat for barbecue fans! With its stronger fat grain, it remains juicy and tender while it cooks over the hot coals. Each piece is carefully matured to ensure a grainy texture and outstanding taste. Our grazing oxen come from the Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills, where they are allowed to live a long, species-appropriate life. They grow in the region, have enough space and feed exclusively on natural food. This loving attitude and natural nutrition are reflected in the quality and taste of our entrecote.

This cut comes from the rib between the ribs, which is known for its strong marbling and distinctive fat eye. It is characterized by high heat resistance and a particularly intense flavor, which is why it is ideal for grilling or searing in a pan.
