Our GOOD GAMBA shrimp aren't raised by the sea, but rather in the heart of Spain—more specifically, in Castile-León—in cutting-edge indoor aquaculture facility. This is where the future of sustainable seafood is being shaped: through high-tech systems that operate independently of the ocean while conserving valuable resources.
Instead of using seawater, the breeding process relies on a closed saltwater cycle. An intelligent Microbial Technology System handles biological purification and simultaneously enriches the water with valuable nutrients. Completely without wastewater, completely without compromise.
But GOOD GAMBA also thinks beyond the pool: sludge residues are recycled, packaging is made from recycled materials, and local production in Europe keeps delivery routes – and emissions – to a minimum.
