Happy Foie Gras made from the liver of unstuffed free-range geese is a special delicacy. The creamy, velvety consistency of this goose foie gras offers you pure enjoyment with a clear conscience. The geese live in free-range conditions, without being fattened or factory-farmed, and their livers are processed gently using only natural ingredients - without artificial flavor enhancers. The result is a foie gras that not only tastes just as good, but is also significantly healthier than conventional alternatives. You can prepare and enjoy Happy Foie Gras in just as many ways as any classic foie gras (pâté).

And best of all, liver is an excellent source of copper, a vital mineral that is essential for energy production and iron metabolism.

Through a specially developed process, Happy Foie has managed to create a taste-equivalent and ethically safe alternative to traditional goose liver pate. When producing Happy Foie, high-quality fats are added to the livers of healthy animals from controlled organic farming and processed gently. This all happens in Germany.
