Origin

AlmOxx's cattle are native to the idyllic Alps and Alpine foothills. This means that the meat that comes from the small family farms is regional. The heifers and oxen move around in straw-covered free-range stables and have the opportunity to graze. There, the animals are fed grass, alpine herbs and, during the winter months, GMO-free feed. The Bavarian products have great marbling, a delicate texture and stand out for their incredible taste.
