The smoked Ora King salmon fillet takes the enjoyment of king salmon to a new level. The Ora King salmon is also called the “Wagyu of the sea” thanks to its intense fat marbling. The fine taste of the fish is perfectly complemented by cold, gentle smoking with Manuka wood. Experience the finest salmon enjoyment with intense smoky aromas.

Smoked tuna with a sesame coating is an ideal ingredient for sushi creations or impressive fish plates. The pink meat is gently smoked and coated with black and white sesame seeds. This makes the tuna a highlight not only visually but also in terms of taste with its fine, nutty aroma.

The Ora King, with the Latin term Oncorhynchus tshawytscha , comes from sustainable, antibiotic- and GMO-free aquaculture in New Zealand. The Thunnus albacares , the Latin name for the tuna, is caught in the Western Central Pacific (FAO 71) and Eastern Central Pacific (FAO 77) with hooks and longlines and enclosing nets and lifting nets: purse seine. Our butter mackerel fillet, with the Latin term Lepidocybium flavobrunneum , is caught in the Western Central Pacific (FAO 71).
