Salmon crudo

Refreshingly light & summery. This recipe is one of our favorite lunch recipes. Without much effort or washing up, you can conjure up a healthy meal in under half an hour.

Ingredients

  • Ora King salmon fillet 240 g
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 1 juice of a lime
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2-3 green onions
  • 1 small red onion
  • Some sesame seeds for garnish
  • coriander greens
  • Capers as desired

Preparation

  1. Defrost, skin and clean the Ora King salmon fillet. Then cut into 3-4 mm thin slices
  2. Mix the soy sauce and lime juice with a pinch of sugar and set aside.
  3. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Then cut the red onion and the green spring onion into thin slices.
  4. Pour the marinade made from soy sauce and juice onto the plate and distribute the salmon slices on top. Serve with the cucumber slices, onions and spring onions
  5. Finally garnish the salmon crudo with coriander leaves and capers and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

A lot goes well with this: rice, rice noodles, colorful lettuce or steamed vegetables. Let your creativity flow! What are you feeling like today?
