A variety of smoked fish treats


Smoked eelis a delicious North German delicacy. This species-appropriate farmed eel is traditionally smoked over beech wood. This gives it its characteristic taste and a typical golden brown color. The meat of our smoked eel fillet is firm and rich in fat. It is ideal for a snack with brown bread and warm scrambled eggs.  

 

Graved smoked salmon is another delicious choice, made from raw salmon that is pickled with salt, sugar, dill and other spices and then smoked. This gives it a unique taste and a delicate texture. You can enjoy or serve graved smoked salmon perfectly on a slice of baguette or as a topping on a salad platter.  

 

Our Faroe Islands smoked salmon is made from the highest quality cuts of Atlantic salmon and gently smoked to preserve its clear, elegant flavor.
