Product description

The char lives in cold, clean waters and is kept exclusively in aquaculture in northern Germany. Both the delicate taste and the fine amber-colored grain make the char caviar a unique freshwater specialty. The char used for this product all come from sustainable production and are processed in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Here the mildly salted roe is filled into the jars by hand and then pasteurized.
